Always be Thankful.
Whenever the stress of work or life gets to me,
I turn into a perpetual grumbler.
You'll be surprised at how much I can whine and grumble (to the ones close to me) when I feel that life is too much for me to handle or when I'm feeling upset.
However,
I'm growing to learn that life definitely has its ups and downs.
I also try to think of things in my life that I have to be thankful about to make myself feel better.
I find that this works for me most of the time and you should try it on your bad days too!
Here are some of the things which made my week a much better one!
Such as...
Going home to my cute babies
There's no way anyone can still feel crappy after seeing their cute furry little faces!
Instant mood lift when I see Xiao Bai dashing and barking excitedly whenever anyone comes home.
Getting my nails done at Milly's
Aren't pineapples just too extremely cute on nails (and my Naked Glory watch)???
Thought that it would be a good idea to have pineapple nails instead of red-ish/CNY-ish nails.
Anyway, pineapples means "good fortune come" in dialect,
which is apt enough for new year.
And I love pineapple tarts!
Genius interpretation of CNY nails if I can say so myself.
LOL.
Chloe (my manicurist) did such a good job of them!
Couldn't stop telling her "OMG 你很厉害叻!" after she was done drawing the f irst pineapple for me to see.
Book your appointments NOW because they don't have time to do walk-in slots anymore!
And I also heard that bookings are all full...
But you can call and try your luck in case anyone cancels their appointments!

it's not that difficult for me to find things in my life to be thankful about every day.

Explosion of Cuteness

Hi, my name is Milk Tea (奶茶) because I'm the same colour and it's my human momma's favourite drink!
I was brought home on 19th Jan 2014.
I'm an orange holland lop bunny doe and I'm currently 2.5 months old!
My date of birth is 8 November 2013 in case you want to wish me Happy Birthday this year.
I love cuddling with my humans because they feel so warm...
I also kinda like peeing on them.
Shhh don't tell them I said that, I'm supposed to use my litter box!
I especially like peeing on this human right now. I can't explain why too..
Maybe it's the way he smells.

It's round so it's a ball I guess?
But it's filled with hay too!

Why are you holding the black rectangle thingy and clicking away furiously as I eat?
One of my favourite things to do in life,
munching endlessly on hay!
This animal is white and as fluffy as me!
Doesn't seem too friendly though...
You say it's called a dog?
Will I be friends with it?
I love drinking water but this bottle keeps making my forehead wet.
You're calling me clumsy momma?
What's that? Does it mean I'm cute?
Eating again!!!
I can't seem to stop.
Am I growing fatter by the day?
My food bowl is empty momma,
DO YOUR JOB!
I'm a growing buns,
I need as much food as possible!
It was love at first sight between Milk Tea and I.
The long wait of a month was definitely worth it because I melted into oblivion when I first held this little tuft of furry-ness.
SHE IS JUST SO CUTE HOW CAN ANYONE NOT LOVE HER!
So far,
the only being in my house which has yet to be taken with Milk Tea is Xiaobai.
Guess she's feeling jealous that attention is being given to another furry animal in the house!
If anything, we've been giving her more attention than ever.
Bringing her out for walks daily and showering her with treats and kisses.
Hopefully she will get used to having Milk Tea around with time!
I can't wait to get home everyday after work so that I can sit by Milk Tea's cage and give her lots of head rubs.
She seems to really love head rubs!
I tried letting her out of the cage for a while yesterday and today and saw her doing lots of binkies.
Achievement unlocked!

It's impossible to mistake for anything else, and the first time you see one you will probably wonder if the poor thing is having a convulsion.

So I take it to mean that she really loves her new home!
She's a really smart bunny too,
already potty trained by the second day!
I'm definitely feeling like a proud mama!

Porcelain Off Shoulder Dress in Blue/Monochrome!!!
Can't decide between this two.
Maybe I'll keep both if I can convince Sissy to.
Heh.

All Things Cute.
Sissy and I travelled all the way to ulu Changi to have brunch at Chock Full of Beans!
It was a really long drive.
And the food was hardly satisfactory.
But I guess the cute 3D latte kitty and bears made up for all the inconvenience!
Super mediocre food.
Bah.
These are what I would call "a waste of calories".
The ultra cute 3D latte art had us marveling and squealing at them for a good 10 minutes.
SO CUTE HOW TO DRINK???
But I heard that they don't always accede to requests for 3D latte art,
so I guess we got lucky!
