Weekends, too fast.

It's the weekends again,
and somehow I always feel that weekends come way too fast.

Before I even finish completing my weekday tasks,
here comes the weekends.

Not that I'm complaining because I love weekends.
But just sometimes, I wish there are more weekdays in a week for me to finish whatever it is that I set out to do at the start of the week.
See, October is already nearing which means that almost a year has passed.

Okay end of all my random gibberish.

Visited Pique-nique for an afternoon tea with Sissy on one of the days we went to drop stocks at Miyoc!
:)

Love the dangling light bulbs and the white table and chairs set!

I look damn pale and sick here.
;(

Purdyyyyyyy new bag which I have been carrying around religiously since the day I received it!
From Bricks and Bolsas!
Wanting told me that this is a really close replica of the original PS1...
Which explains why I keep getting people who ask if I just bought a PS1.
Hahaha.

The quality is really, really good!
The suede material is thick and awesome.
And I'm in love.

It is also very spacious and roomy,
which is a must for my everyday bags!
I'm honestly amazed at the amount of things which can go inside the bag while still retaining it's original shape,
which is why I've decided to do a 'What's in my bag' post!

On a side note,
I got a new DSLR!
Hehehe why explains the improvement in the quality of photos on my blog since the last entry...
LOL.

All these items in my bag,
plus the bulky DSLR!
Aren't you amazed too, hehe.

These are the usual stuff I carry around in my bag.
Can't live without them!
Umbrella (MUST!!), wallet, card holder, handphone and my J-pouch which contains a random assortment of beauty items.
And either my DSLR or EP3!

And my car key, office keys and house keys!

Lovely items sponsored by The Pony Party!
Not sure if she sells the pouch because she included it as a gift for me..
But you can try asking her if she sells it!
:)

The pouch can contain damn a lot of things as well!
I have like 3 lip balm-ish items because I'm really paranoid about dry chapped lips.
I think they look really off-putting so I try to apply lip balm now and then throughout the day!
I now also keep my regular sized sunblock inside the pouch.
Hahaha.

And here're more outfit pictures of me with the bag!
I love how it goes with most of my outfits even though it's such an unconventional colour.

You'll see it again and again in my next few outfit posts because it's the bag which I've been carrying around lately.
But if you want to check out the price and specifications of the bag,
you should head down to BRICKS AND BOLSAS!

If this didn't catch your eyes,
I'm sure they have some other awesome bags which will!
:)

My work week didn't end on a fantastic note because of some hiccups here and there.
But oh well, I shall keep up with the positivity and hope that next week will be a much better one!

Enjoy your weekends!

I will update this space again real soon!
XOXO

10.6.12

To a happy week ahead!

It's rare that I'm actually blogging during the weekends,
I prefer to spend time doing things I usually don't get to on weekdays.
But I went out and took some pictures last week,
and I'm quite reluctant to leave them till next week because I know I'll start to stress about lagging behind in my blog schedule.
;p

Me and Sissy managed to steal some time off on Wednesday to head out and run some errands for work!
Forgot to charge my camera again so pictures that day were taken by the G12!
Been some time since I last used it and I kinda miss it!

OTD: Basic bandage top in white and the Summer Dreams floral denim skirt in light wash!
:)

A photo which I uploaded to Instagram for the same outfit!
Instagram is awesome,
those of you who don't have an account please get one right now!
You can follow me on @shoppingluvzme!
;)

Me and the Sissy!
:)

We made a pit stop at Pique-Nique @ Takashimaya for some desserts before running our errands!
Hear so much about this place but haven't had the chance to dine here before.

I brought the Take a Bow blazer in wine red out because I know I tend to get cold in shopping malls!
So smart of me, eh?

Choosing our desserts!

Sissy in the Dreamcatcher Crochet Top in black!
:D

That's a lot for 2 girls to finish!
But we did finish them.
Hahaha.
And the guilt (PLUS CALORIES) made us go to the gym the very next day.

My iced chocolate drink with a piece of marshmallow cloud over it!

The desserts were alright only though..
Not as good as what we've expected!
;(
Still prefer Canele for desserts!

We headed to Ikea in the evening with Ben and Erica to shop for office furniture!
The office is well furnished now,
but our objective that day was to find shelves/racks/wardrobes for our photoshoot shoes!

We have around 50-60 (and still increasing) pairs of shoes,
and they are usually strewn all over the floor on the studio side.
HAHAHA.

Of course we have to fill our tummies before the hunt!
And sad to say, I won't be going back to Ikea anytime soon for their famous Swedish meatballs.
They taste different now (not in a good way),
and many have told me that Ikea has changed their meatball recipe some time back.
:(

Our office 开心果!
:)))

Hehe our ingenious way of getting everyone into the mirror shot!

ERMMMMM.
BEN...
Hahahaha.

Contestant #1 for a bed advertisement!

Contestant #2!

Who will you pick?
LOL.

And of course we had to have their $1 hotdog bun which is super awesome after a tiring shopping trip!

The silver coin which Ben is holding is for the ice cream machine.
The ice cream doesn't taste as good as it used to, by the way.
And probably because the price is reduced from $1.50 to $0.50.
:(
This goes to teach us that you can never expect the same quality if you want to pay for less.
I want my $1.50 ice cream back!

We managed to get what we wanted,
an organising shelf for the shoes and also a new wall mirror for my room!
:)
So it was mission well accomplished!
Will show some photos of the almost completed office space soon!

And here's to a happy week ahead as always!
