I'm sure we have all heard of cheesy quotes about smiles.

A smile is also one of the things which I personally notice about someone the first time I meet them,

When I first started to wear my braces a couple of years back,
I found myself smiling at people less than I used to because the braces felt awkward in my mouth.
I was also afraid that I might have food stuck on my teeth,
or that my morning coffee would cause ugly stains on my ceramic brackets,
making my teeth appear yellow.

One thing which I make sure to do before I sleep every day would be to brush my teeth.
