Can you tell what I am going to blog about today?
This is one topic which I would never thought that I would be talking about on my blog,
but I feel compelled to share with you about what I have learnt about boobs during my recent visit to Tokyo Bust Express to try out their bust treatments.
So many things that I should have know but never knew about.

We are in the modern age whereby every lady wants to feel good about herself and be able to carry herself with confidence when walking down the streets.
But I suppose not many of us are 100% confident of our bodies.

But I'm sure even Megan Fox has her own insecurities.
One of the areas of my body which I feel the most insecure about is the fatty area near my armpit.
Some of you know it as armpit fats, or pit fats for short.
They are the most unsightly squishy lumps which appear when you wear tube tops and sleeveless tops in general.
If armpit fats do not exist in your world,
good for you and I envy you.
They bother me quite a lot because I love wearing sleeveless tops.
Prior to my visit to Tokyo Bust Express,
I had absolutely no idea on how I can get rid of them.

After talking to my specialist at Tokyo Bust Express and telling her my concern about armpit fats,
she shared some basic facts with me.
If you do not know,
armpit fats can be caused by a few reasons,
the main reason being wearing ill-fitting bras.
Prolonged periods of wearing bras of the wrong size will cause your breast tissue to "migrate" and become armpit fats.
So do make sure your bras fit you properly and is of the correct size.
Also,
as there are lymph nodes in that area near your armpits,
the armpit fats might be caused due to blockage in the lymph nodes.
Because of this,
there is currently no safe surgical methods to get rid of them.
I was really happy to hear from my specialist that Tokyo Bust Express has treatments which will help in lymphatic drainage by boosting circulation.

After the consultation,
I was brought to a treatment room with dim lights and soothing music.
I was also given a comfy black kimono to change into.

My specialist is soooo good at giving massages.
Look at my face.
I don't even have any recollection that my photo was being taken during the massage!

There were a total of 3 steps for the treatment and I shall just do a short summary here for those who are keen to find out about the treatment more in-depth!
1) Revitalising Detox Scrub - helps to clean off dead skin, boost circulate and help in lymphatic drainage (makes armpit fats less visible, yay!) and helps your bust area absorb the following treatments better.
Application of Purifying Essence - to help with giving your bust the essential nutrients, lymphatic drainage and cell repairing.
2) TT Push Up Therapy - helps in toning of of bust for firmer and fuller appearance, reduces sagging and bust "gaps" and also helps maintain the shape of bust.
3) Bust Up Therapy - helps to detox, enhance and firm up the bust. Most importantly, this step aids in preventing breast cancer.
Overall, I am really satisfied with the end results of the treatment and below are the improvements which I have experienced after just ONE treatment:
1) Slight increment in bust size. After the treatment, the same bra that I wore feels tighter!
2) Pit fats are slightly less obvious compared to before when I wear sleeveless tops.
3) I have perkier boobs after the treatment, yay!
I know this because the specialist did a marking on a piece of paper and taped it to the wall before my treatment.
After the treatment, the marking was higher compared to the one prior the treatment. Markings don’t lie!
A happy me with my specialist who made me feel absolutely comfortable and relaxed during the entire treatment process!
