HELLOOOOOOO!
I'm back from Seoul with a luggage full of cosmetic and skincare products,
it was so fun that I almost dreaded coming back.
In the end,
we spontaneously decided to extend our 4 day trip by 2 days since Scoot had cheap tickets!
Slowly sinking back into the daily grind of work.
Feels good to be diving back into work with fresh motivation and drive after a good holiday!
Not loving the humid and extremely hot climate in Singapore though.
Bleh.
I'm not going to be blogging about Korea in this post though.
Too many photos I have yet to sort out.
We took a grand total of 800+ photos this trip.
Can't wait to organise the photos and blog about them!
We had a really good time thanks to my good friend who planned our itinerary and brought us around for the entire 6 days.
I don't think I will have the time to type out my itinerary though,
information about where I went to/activities I did will be all on my blog.
Would appreciate if you could gather the information yourself from my blogposts instead of emailing me for the itinerary.
:)
Sharing some of the interesting quirks I noticed about Korea from my trip:
- There are many many beauty stores in Seoul (not sure about other parts because I only went there) and you can practically find the same brands over and over again within the same area.
- Koreans love brushing their teeth after meals, you'll see them doing it inside public toilets so don't be shocked.
- The banchan (side dishes) like kimchi etc are usually complimentary in Korea.
- You can find many mirrors inside the subway stations,
and there are always many girls standing in front of the mirrors checking out their appearances and doing their makeup.
- Korean girls love taking selcas!
They can do it anytime, anywhere. And they are extremely un-shy about being vain.
- You can eat and drink on the subway trains in Korea.
- The sun is also extremely strong there, probably even worse than Singapore.
But the temperature was around 11-15 deg C in the day time when I was in Seoul, which makes the sun a lot more bearable.
Ok that's all I can think of for now!
I will try my best to clear my Korea posts within 2 weeks.
Heh.
Here's clearing some OOTDs backlog before I bomb this place with my holiday photos!!
Outfit of the day:
Dusk Floral Spag Top in Navy from TTR,
random denim shorts,
nude loafers from Hong Kong,
LV inspired Noe Petite bag sponsored by Bricks and Bolsas
Love how the yellow bag adds a pop of colour to my outfit!
:)
The quality of the bag is also really good as usual.
I never have to worry about receiving shoddy quality bags from Bricks and Bolsas!
This bag is perfect for days that I'm running errands that don't have to bring too many things around.

Outfit of the day:
Blue floral spag from The Editor's Market,
Forever Summer Denim Shorts from TTR,
I'm sorry if you've been seeing too much of me in spag tops and shorts.
They are too awesome for Singapore's mad weather lately.
After piling up layers after layers of clothes in Seoul every single day,
I was kind of happy to be back wearing such outfits.
Hehe.
Really love these denim shorts!
I'm not exaggerating when I say that these are the perfect denim shorts anyone could own.
The wash is also really pretty in real life!

Outfit of the day:
Charmer Stripes Top in Black from TTR,
cotton slit maxi from Ferris,
glitter flats from Steve Madden
Love this top so much for it's perfect cutting, the play on illusion at the waist area and not forgetting the sexy scoop back design!
Am considering doing this in solid colours.
Anyone?
Hehe.
Am off to unpack somemore.
Korea post coming up VERY soon!
