I've been to Hong Kong a few times before...
But none of my trips were as short as this time round!
Hahaha.
It was actually a stopover but we extended it into a day trip.
We didn't really plan what we were going to do there so I don't have an itinerary!
I doubt anyone will go there only for one day as well, right?
We just walked wherever our legs took us.
We did a little bit of research though,
so we went to Tsui Wah restaurant to have our dinner on the first night!

The food was really, really, really good.
I'm totally not kidding!
I'm sure those who have been there would agree with me.
The food was so awesome that we went back to Tsui Wah for most of our meals in HK.
DAMN EXTREME.
Please try their vermicelli and their famous crispy bun!
I think it's amazing how they made simple looking food taste so damn good.
The crispy bun should be eaten the moment it is served!
Piping hot, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, completed with butter and condensed milk on top.
I'm craving for it so badly now.
Would fly back just for this!
Their service was really good as well!
Food was served really quickly for all their outlets (we visited 3, hehe).
The one we went to on the first night was called Tsui Wah Concept and the menu is a little different from their normal restaurants!

Checked into Hotel Icon for the night and I took forever in the shower.
So comfortable and I didn't want to get out.
And then I sank into their soft and bouncy bed with warm covers and almost couldn't drag myself out of bed the next morning.
What is it with hotels and their beds...
Just wanna stay on bed forever and ever.
The next morning was a horror for me because I woke up with swollen eyes.
:(
Double eyelids -> single eyelids.
MEH.
I look so horrid in the photos and I didn't felt much like taking photos at all.

Went to queue for brunch at the Australia Dairy Company!
The queue was rather short and we got ourselves seats in less than 5 minutes.

The entire place was bustling with people and our food was served really quickly!
The waiters inside seem to move with superhuman speed.
Which is why I guess the queue outside is able to move so fast as well.

Had their famous scrambled eggs and milk custard pudding!
:D

3 happy tummies after brunch!
We didn't dare to stay too long after we finished up the food because the waiters clear people out at lightning speed as well.
Hahaha.
Super quick meal!

Both our outfits upcoming on TTR soon!
♥

Pretty desserts at Agnes B cafe for tea!
I'm actually quite grateful for travelling with 2 people whose taste buds are so similar to mine.
Our entire day just revolved around food, food and more food.
I swear I gained about 3kg during this short stay in Hong Kong.

FOOD AGAIN.
I'm quite bummed though, that I only managed to eat the curry fishballs once.
;(
But my stomach really didn't have anymore space.
We had about 5 meals that day!

The best travel companions I could ever, ever have!
:)
BUSY WEEK SO FAR AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS NOT GOING TO END.
Hahaha.
I realise that I have been repeating the same ol' thing every week.
Are you getting tired of hearing me whine yet?
Will update again very soon!
Miss me!
