It's so gloomy and dreary outside that I don't feel like getting anything done.
Just wanna roll around in bed especially since it's THAT time of the month.
But nooooo,
I've so much work to do I simply have to get up and sit in from of the laptop to get them done.
Anyways!
This week was a rather happy one,
managed to steal time off work to visit some cafes which I've never been to.
But I'm just going to blog about one of them today because otherwise I wouldn't have time to do up the launch tonight.
HAHAHA.

Relish with the sissies!
(They actually came here not long ago but it was when I was in Bangkok, so I made them accompany me there again!)
And it was just about perfect because it was pretty near to where we stay.
We can never ever wake up for brunch, hahaha.
By the time we reach whatever cafes we intend to visit,
it would have been lunch time or later.

Me and my pastel purple nails (to match my pastel purple skirt that day!).
Love matching my nails to my outfits.
Hehehe.

We ordered the (I can't find the menu online so the names of the dishes are not correct!) Mushroom soup drizzled with truffle oil (YUMMMMMEH), mushroom linguine with truffle oil and soft shell chilli crab burger X 2.
Except that I ordered mine with salad and Jessie the potato freak ordered hers with fries (DUH).
I think the food we had was only about average,
the soft shell chilli crab burger didn't impress me as much as I thought it would.
I find that the flavours didn't really blend together well...
I think soft shell crab still tastes better on its own.

My best brunch partners!
:D
What I wore for brunch: Kaleidoscope Bralet in Polka Dots Black and the Sundae Funday Skirt in Lilac, plus the Bimba Straw Bag!
Okay just let me rave about the skirt for a minute here...
I think it's possibly my favourite skirt at the moment and I love it so much even though it's not even under the TTR label!
Love the material and the way the pleats flow so nicely!
Just knew I gotta bring this in (and at the same time keep all colours for myself) once I saw it!
All the colours are super LOVE as well!
♥ ♥ ♥
End of rave.
Now you just need to get one for yourself to know how amazing it is.

And since we were already out and about, we HAD to get some desserts!
Hehe.
The cakes from Bakerzin were unexpectedly nice!
We got the Strawberry Shortcake and Sweet Pleasure.

And then we got amazed by the beauty mode in EX2F.
Hahaha.
The photos turned out really nice even though each photo took some time to process (too many flaws I suppose! LOL).
It's quite natural looking and not as dramatic as your usual iphone filter.
Only thing is, you can only use the beauty mode if you're using the auto mode.
Which I dislike.
But if you always use auto, I guess it won't make any difference and you might as well use it when you take self shots!
:)))

Random day out with a girlfriend of mine!
Mythic Drop Shoulder Top (all time favouriteeeee!), Basic Denim Hot Shorts in Vintage Blue and the Starry Studs Bucket Bag.
Quite happy to have found a bucket bag which is the perfect size to bring to work!

A cheer me up polish with cute tiny black stars!
Also loving my new ipad cover which has multi coloured triangles (favourite shape!) all over.

And finally, today's outfit!
LOVE LOVE LOVE the hot shorts!
And no surprises there, I kept all 3 colours of it since it's such a basic piece.
Heading out to get a laptop for the parents because they are complaining that the hand-me-down from Jolene takes more than half an hour to start up.
Hahaha.
Never would have imagined that my parents would be so tech savvy now.
My dad used to be such a mountain tortoise who didn't even believe in text messaging because he insists that calling is the fastest.
Hope your Sunday's better than mine!
XO
Will be doing a giveaway for my blog readers on the next blog post!
HEHE.
Don't say I didn't warn you!
