The one thing I really fear.

I used to think that I have a pretty high tolerance for pain...
Until I had to go for dental checkups.

I think the irrational fear of dental visits begin way back from my primary school days,
remember when it was the 'season' for dental checkups and everyone would stare in fear if anyone walks into your class with a blue/red clipboard?
Then everyone starts praying that they will not get called on.

The school dentists were really....
Unprofessional to say the least.
The way they poke around in your mouth as if it's made of metal,
and when you wince they'll ask you to shut up and not overreact.

I think that's where the fear came from.

And it didn't help that the neighbourhood dentist which I always go to is really rough as well.
Every dental visit is like living hell.
I'll squirm and wriggle in my seat throughout the entire process of drilling...

I do brush my teeth religiously EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Because I happen to not be able to fall asleep if I have not brushed my teeth.
But my teeth seems to decay really easily!
And every dental visit dictates that I need to have some fillings done/redo my existing fillings.
BAHHHH.

Out of desperation,
I went to read some reviews online and I booked myself an appointment at GPA Dental tomorrow.
Will update if the dentist is any good!
Hopefully it'll be a painless visit tomorrow and I'll overcome my fear of dental visits.
