Here to Stay.

Finally got to meet up with my squash babes last Friday after 1355334886940537 years of not meeting.
I'm glad we found time to meet since most of us graduated/end our exams already!
Huijie had a last paper to study for but she came to meet us nevertheless as she's smart enough...
Hahaha.

Side tracking a little, I've always found it hard to keep friends.
As in, I hardly take the initiative to ask them out (I'm sure my friends will nod at this)...
Or I'm just plain freaking busy sometimes that I have to cancel on them because last minute things came up/ I can't finish my intended work (imagining them nod even more frantically).
And whenever I have time to sit down and catch my breath, I'd rather really just stay at home and be all anti-social.
I forget birthdays (because I'm a true blue scatterbrain) and I don't always reply to smses because I get all occupied with work sometimes.
And when I remember, it's usually a few days/weeks later.

And as time goes by, some friends drift apart.
I don't blame them for not understanding the demands of whatever I'm doing, it's my fault for not putting in enough effort and making the friendship stay.
But anyway, you'll be surprised at how many people think that my job is slack and carefree.

But that's life.
Those who care enough will understand and tolerate, and I'm super thankful for these friends I have in my life.
We may not meet very often or keep up with each other's happenings all the time, but we can still be around each other and talk till the cows come home whenever we meet up.
♥ ♥ ♥

Lalalala enough of my crap, hahaha peektures time!

What I wore: Vintage 60's Top in White with Black Dots, Chanel inspired hi waist shorts in black.

Sorry for the many pictures in front of the mirror.
Love my outfit a little too much.
Hahaha.
Went monochrome on the outfit, with a spot of red (my shoes!) to break the black and white.

Wanted a Starbucks tumbler for the longest time ever, but I was too fickle minded and no designs caught my eye every time I walk by.
Until I saw this!
How cute.
Loving the lazy looking polar bears.

My very awesome sister fetched me to Ion before meeting her boy for bookout!
:)))

Sorry for yet another photo of my top.
LOLOLOL.

And for once, I wasn't late!
I'm usually (ERHEM) 30 minutes late. Or more.

My very pretty squash mates @ Watami.

Food picture #4

Hahaha, so bad at remembering the food names.
But anyway, food is secondary when you have great company, right???

Y'know the waiters and waitressed will kneel down whenever they take your orders in Watami, right?
And our group shot was taken kneeling down too...
Which 1) didn't give a very nice angle for photography
2) took us by surprise and you can almost see the awkwardness in our faces
HAHAHA.

Mandatory shot at the girls' toilet.

The flash went off accidentally.
Hahahah.

Went onto the streets to admire the christmas lightings but this year's were nothing to wow about.
._.

The main point of this photo is the christmas tree behind, wahaha.

Jaclyn the angel!

"WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO STEAL, JOLENE!"

Super cute soft toy christmas tree on the left, hugeass Rilakuma and Elmo soft toys on the right.

At Cold Stone Creamery to satisfy the sweet tooth!
Looking all unnatural because I told them to pretend to look at the menu.
HAHAH.

Look at the queue...
Worse than Koi!
We waited for around 20 minutes in queue.
On a weekday night.
Not gonna visit Cold Stone on weekends!

Me and Jaclyn in the queue!

Looks like toothpaste.

Churning out ice creammmmmm.

Our ice creams!
Personally, I feel that it's kind of overrated though..
They melt too easily and taste kinda jelat after a while.
I like the apple pie flavour which I chose though!
:)

It is SO. HARD. to find a passerby who can take a decent shot.

And we passed by these structures (??!) for us to camwhore with!
HAHAHA.
The things girls do.

MY FAVOURITE.
HAHAHA.
So obscenely cute please.
Love my friends, can't wait to meet them again!

At the office now and I'm gleaming with delight upon all the year end pieces.
:D :D :D
Pretty clothes never fail to make my day!
One of my job perks, hahaha.
