I'm waiting for dinner to be digested so that I can go for a quick jog.
(Good job, me!)
Recently I've gotten into the getting-fit-craze together with the girls at the office.
Downloaded this app called My Fitness Pal to keep track of my net calories per day.
Turns out that if I'm looking to lose 3kg from my current weight,
I can only have a net intake of 1200 calories per day.
Quite an interesting app but I think I will be lazy to upkeep it.
Plus, it's quite a painful thing if I have to watch my calories so closely and think twice before I eat anything.
Exercising is still the best way to go if you want to lose weight, I guess!
There's a fitness channel called 'Fitness Blender' on Youtube which I've subscribed to a few days ago.
They have some really awesome and easy to follow workouts.
They have some really awesome and easy to follow workouts.
I love that their workouts target specific areas.
So far I've only tried their 5x5x5 Pulse Workout for Lean Legs and Glute Toning though.
Hahaha, I was already DAMN tired by the time I finish the cardio warm up!
Give it a try if you're looking for workouts to do at home!
Leave me a comment if you have any fitness channels to recommend me please!
;)
Anyway, sorry for the digression.
I really meant to blog about my outfits in this post.

Outfit of the day:
Plaids Please Boyfriend Shirt upcoming on TTR,
X Factor Spag Top in White from TTR,
distressed denims from Topshop,
white sneaker platforms from JC Play,
watch from Naked Glory,
bag from A Wang
This shirt totally looks like what Thom would wear.
I can picture him having something like this in his wardrobe..
In fact, he probably has something similar.
Hehe.
I have this strange weakness for plaid patterns this season.
I can't explain it but somehow I'm just really, really drawn to them.
Just last week, I got myself a pencil skirt from Topshop which comes in cute red checks.
Can't think of a better pair of shorts to pair with this coordinate than my super distressed pair from Topshop.
Threw on my white platform sneakers to complete the look!
Outfit of the day:
Holiday Goers Top in White upcoming on TTR,
cuff denim shorts from Topshop,
wedges from Aldo,
bag from Charles and Keith

This outfit makes me feel like I'm on holiday.
While in actual fact I'm still a little bit more than 2 weeks away from one.
Launching the top on TTR tomorrow at 8PM!
I'm super in love with the billowy sleeves and the relaxed flow of this piece.
We chose really happy colours for this top because I imagined it as a piece I would pack into my suitcase for holidays,
and happy colours are just so apt for happy occasions.
I'm also thrilled to have another set of bag and shoes which match in colour.
Heh.
My weird obsession of having bags and shoes of the same colour.
I really wanted a Phillip Lim bag but the idea of spending close to a four figure sum for a bag still takes a lot of getting used to for me.
So when I spotted this very same design at Charles and Keith going for less than $100,
I knew I had to get it!
Kept going back to the store to look at it because I was reallyyyy undecided about the colour.
This orange-coral tone looks kinda hard to match doesn't it?
In the end, it was Sissy who gave it to me as an early Christmas present.
Hohoho.
:D :D :D
Okay I'm going for my run now,
talk to you all soon!
P.S. Do catch our next few launches because we've some really pretty Christmas pieces lined up for you! If you don't celebrate Christmas, you can consider doing early shopping for CNY!
