Today is a good day.
Woke up to our feature on The New Paper and was excitedly flipping through the papers while having my breakfast.
Hahaha please excuse me for the enthusiasm.
I think my parents are more enthusiastic for sure,
they wanted to get the article laminated and framed up and all.
Hahaha.
Thom was just shocked because the article started with the 'quarrel with my boyfriend at Vivo' and he totally could not remember it.
Anyway, will probably post the pdf version of the article when I can once I've gotten it from Benita,
the reporter who wrote this story!
:)
Thank you all who shared my joy on Instagram when I posted about the feature!
Brought the little sissy out for brunch last week before her June holiday runs out!
Did some research and ended up at this Japanese style cafe/restaurant called Dulcet & Studio at Liang Court (opposite McDonald's)!

So good.
I love the unique texture of their pasta!
Very chewy compared to normal Italian ones.

Of course we had to try their cakes since the Japanese are so good with them!
They had quite a wide variety of desserts for us to choose from!
Most of their desserts are fruit based though.

Blueberry Cheese Tart which was awesomely divine and my pick out of the 2 desserts which we had!
We finished the entire thing in minutes!

Mille Feuille which was rather good as well!
I love the layers of pastry and how the custard cream had just the right amount of sweetness.
We hardly ever finish desserts because most of them get too cloyingly sweet towards the end,
but these 2 were exceptions!
:)
Highly recommend that you give Dulcet & Studio a visit if you happen to be at Liang Court!
And go for their desserts definitely!

It was a good thing that we took photos of them before we started attacking them.
Hahaha.

Top from American Apparel,
upcoming maxi skirt on TTR,
Knightsbridge Bucket Bag from TTR.
Should be launching the maxi skirt very soon!
I know lots of you have been waiting for it!
:)

Romper from Ferris,
Blaze Denim Jacket launching on TTR later!
The denim jacket which I have been wearing too often.
Hahaha.
Love how versatile it is!

On our way for The New Paper interview on Friday!
Was wearing falsies because we were told that they will be taking some photos for the article.
But it was so uncomfortable I plucked them out immediately after we were done.
Wonder how some girls can wear them so often!
I feel as if something was obstructing my view and my eyelids couldn't take the weight of them.
LOL.

Yes, denim jacket again.
I promise it will be your most worthy wardrobe investment!
Hahaha.
Wearing Dotty Dreams Bustier Dress because the cutting is major love!
♥

Because I was lazy to think of what to wear on a Saturday,
I threw on the Stripe Tease Skater Dress and went all black and white.
:)
Wanted to wear something comfy for a movie marathon with Thom!
Hehehe.
We caught Despicable Me 2 (everyone needs to watch it!!!!) which was really lighthearted and had many of the audience (including me) exclaim 'SO CUTE!' at various parts,
and World War Z which was extremely nerve-wrecking and had me covering my face with my hands at many parts.
HAVE ZE BEST WEEK AHEAD EVERYONE!
And remember to catch the launch at 8PM later!
Hehe.
