12.1.13

The happiest people don't worry too much about whether life is fair or not. They just get on with it.

I FREAKING LOVE MY NEW BLOG LAYOUT! :D :D :D
It looks 7583927758341021 times better than my old one.
And thus makes me damn motivated to fill this space with blog posts more frequently, hahah.

Blog more about my new layout next entry!
I had quite a hard time picking out my blog header photos, went out with Sissy and took quite a few photos so I could pick..
Will post the rest of the photos in the next post too!

Anyhow, I thought I'd better post up some outfits before the launch rolls around tomorrow.
Heh. Went to Riders' Cafe early this week with Thom to have their brunch.
We were talking about our last visit to Riders' Cafe on our way there...
And we realised the last time we went there (which was also our first time) was 2 whole years ago!

Totally wasn't aware that time really passed so fast.
I went in hopes of having their brunch items.
But silly me didn't think of checking what time they served brunch.
And as luck would have it, they only serve brunch till 11am and we reached at 11.30am. :(
Settled for an early lunch instead!

(So I guess I will make another visit for their brunch again!)

Love their homely interior and high ceiling! :)
It was not really crowded because we went on a weekday.
But I guess it can get really filled on weekends!

Showing Thom my ulcers. :(

One thing I loved about Riders Cafe is their location.
Although it can be rather inaccessible for those without their own transport, it is an extremely lovely and serene place.
I also loved seeing horses trot past in the midst of having my food.
Doesn't feel that I'm in Sunnypore!

My very awesome Crabmeat Spaghetti Aglio Olio!
Still salivating just thinking about it now.
Finished every last bit of it.
Love how flavourful it is without being too oily or overpowering in its garlic taste.

Thom's Hallumi and Portobello burger, which he did not enjoy as much.

Took a walk around the place after lunch just to ease our tummies a little.
Spotted a komodo lizard (?) while taking my outfit photos.
Kinda freaked me out a little, hahaha.

Wore the Smexy Eyelet Bralette in White with the Picking Daisies Skirt in Navy!
Still very much in love with bustiers and bralettes because of how flattering they can be.
By the way, for those asking about the backorder for the Bimba Bucket Bag, it's now up! ;)

The Smexy Eyelet Bralette in Ash Lavender with the good ol' fishtail skirt which never fails. :)
Wore this outfit for dad's birthday dinner on Friday.

Kind of regretted because we went to Melben's and I could have eaten a whole lot more if not for the fact that I could feel my ribs being squashed with every additional morsel of food that went into my mouth. Hahaha.
Kept the bralette in all colours and so far, I haven't worn yellow out.
Will pick a good day to wear it out soon!

 And that's all for today!
Shall scoot off to enjoy whatever's left of my weekend now!
Sunday's not considered as a weekend for me, more like a work day because there's a launch at night. Hahaha.
